The Natural Gas Processing Plant Engineering Process, from Design-to-Fabrication:
Morrow Energy has full in-house manufacturing capability and does not charge a separate design fee for these services. As a natural gas processing plant provider, we believe that efficient plant design should be a given.
The first thing we do is get to know our client’s performance requirements and identify key constraints in technical or commercial space. If the client decides to proceed, we begin plant modeling.
Identifying the project’s critical path is the next priority. Once identified, we finalize operational targets, considering yield, throughput and issues impacting operability. At this stage we identify and mitigate technical risks.
Morrow Energy then develops engineering deliverables and finalizes design in house. We use computer-based 3D modeling, 3D printing and state-of-the-art simulators to achieve the most efficient package design possible, given the predetermined constraints.
Once approved, we begin plant fabrication, construction and testing. All critical disciplines are in house.
Morrow Energy adheres to a rigorous in-house quality control policy, and all of our equipment is inspected routinely to ensure safety and quality. Our products are manufactured to meet the standards set by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI).
Hydrocarbon Condensate Stabilizer Units
Morrow Energy has extensive experience developing and fabricating a range of stabilization units. By tailoring the stabilizer to the client’s overall processing, we develop flexible, high performance systems offering significant advantages to both cryogenic processing facilities and remote gathering facilities.
Many of our units are also available in stock and can be modified and delivered upon request. Plants can be ready for delivery in less than eight weeks if necessary, with a twelve week standard delivery.
Amine Treatment Plants
Amine gas treating plants are our specialty. We can custom build an amine treatment plant to your specifications or build one based on our stock designs.
Morrow Energy facilities can be located where there is one well or where multiple gas streams are gathered for proper treatment before reaching the pipeline. For gas streams with excess H2S and CO2, Morrow Energy offers custom and pre-engineered amine regeneration skid units with available gas train and TEG/glycol dehydration units for excess water removal.
Stock amine gas treating plants range in size from 60 GPM through 400 GPM, and we can design capability for amine treatment plants up to 2000 GPM per train.
We work with slab or skid-mounted designs and offer superior site planning and accessibility. Morrow Energy has treated as much as 200 million cubic feet per day for clients and we’ve built facilities capable of treating more than a billion cubic feet per day.
Our stock amine gas treating plants can be modified and delivered upon request. Morrow Energy offers startup assistance, ongoing technical support and fast delivery with no loss in long-term plant quality and dependability.
Morrow Energy typically provides a TEG regenerator unit with gas train in conjunction with amine treatment facilities. We also provide large standalone TEG systems (1.0 MMBTU/HR and up). NGL Refrigeration and Dewpoint Control
Morrow Energy offers natural gas refrigeration with customized refrigeration plants to fit your specifications. Common applications for Morrow Energy refrigeration units include dewpoint control and NGL recovery and fractionation.
